Thoughtful Professional Methods for Deep Insights

Patricia and Holger combine Narrative Psychology and Paradoxical Intervention, as well as metaphor elicitation and associative thought processes in their work.

Narrative Psychology – The Power of Personal Stories

Narrative psychology is based on the idea that people naturally turn their experiences into stories to explain their lives to themselves and others. These personal narratives shape our identity, influence how we deal with conflicts, shape our perceptions, and drive our motivation. "I am my story."

This method is rooted in the work of Jerome Bruner, Dan P. McAdams, Kenneth Gergen, and Theodore Sarbin. We have successfully adapted narrative psychology to the specific challenges of qualitative insights and brand communication development.

Paradoxical Intervention – The Power of Contradictions

Paradoxical Intervention is designed to make conflicting thoughts and emotions tangible, breaking through rigid perspectives.

This approach uncovers aspects of personal narratives that are less distorted by social expectations or conventional behavioral patterns.

Paradoxical intervention originates from systemic therapy and was developed by Milton Erickson and Mara Selvini Palazzoli.

By combining various methods, we are able to decipher authentic human stories and give them a compelling and insightful voice.

Implications for You and Your Brand?

This unique approach allows us to redefine the very purpose of a brand. We master the art of connecting with people and brands at the deepest level.

Our way of storytelling injects new energy and impacts brand strategy, content and communication development.
